Founded in 2022, Clitech Solutions is an sustainability technology start-up with a focus on research & development in finding sustainable technologies in the plastic industry. Today, Clitech Solutions is supported by Republic Polytechnic, a Singapore Higher-Learning Institute, and Global Green Connect, an integrated sustainability network that provides sustainability consulting.


In the same year as its founding, Clitech Solutions has came up with sustainable bioplastic to help reduce plastic waste. The bioplastic is made using seaweed extract and can biodegrade faster than traditional biodegradable materials.

CH’NG AIK HENG

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Aik Heng is the founder and CEO of Clitech Solutions, he aims to change the plastic industry through the production of seaweed bioplastics.


A graduate from the Diploma in Biomedical Science, Republic Polytechnic, Aik Heng started Clitech Solutions as it is his passion to make the world a better place. Today, he leads the overall operations at Clitech Solutions.

ELIZABETH TSENG

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Elizabeth is currently the Chief Business Development ​Officer where she leads and heads the business ​development arm of Clitech Solutions.


A final year student of the Diploma in Business ​Administration (Entrepreneurship) from Singapore ​Polytechnic, Elizabeth is a familiar young figure in the ​start-up space. With a passion to champion change for ​the world, she was Top 50 at Young Social ​Entrepreneurs Global 2023.


She also pitched in-person to Garry Tan, CEO of Y ​combinator, at “POV with Garry Tan” @ SWITCH 2023, ​where Clitech Solutions was invited by Enterprise ​Singapore and handpicked by Y Combinator to be ​amongst the 10 startups chosen, from over 200 startups.


GRAYSON GAN

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Grayson is the Chief Technical ​officer at Clitech Solutions where ​he heads the Research & ​Development arm of the company.


A graduate from the Diploma in ​Aeronautical Engineering, ​Singapore Polytechnic, given that ​Grayson gains drive to help make ​a positive impact on the globe for ​the sake of our current and future ​generation, he joined Clitech ​Solution to make his dream come ​true!
